Good things take time...

It takes time for high-quality wines to mature. Careful processing combined with slow, regulated and temperature-controlled fermentation ensure the aromas that have matured in the vineyard are retained, guaranteeing high-quality wines.

The wine is matured in traditional wooden barrels as well as stainless steel tanks. Our business philosophy is that quality comes before quantity.

In line with old tradition, our wines are left on fine yeast after racking. This method gives the wine its flavoursome fullness and balance. In spring the wines are then gently filtered and bottled.
